Terms and Conditions

1) Monthly Task Allowance
• Your subscription includes the number of design tasks specified within your selected plan.
• Task allocations reset each calendar month.
• Unused tasks do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2) What Counts as a Design Task?
A design task is one individual design request.
Examples include:
• One social media graphic
• One flyer
• One poster
• One presentation
• One banner
• One brochure or document layout
• One set of artwork amendments
Requests requiring multiple artwork sizes, formats, pages, languages or significant creative development may count as multiple tasks. Eon Graphics will always advise how many tasks a request will use before work begins.

3) Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround begins once all required information, copy, images and branding assets have been received.

Turnaround times are:
• Essential Plan – within 72 business hours
• Professional Plan – within 48 business hours
• Premium Plan – within 24 business hours

Turnaround excludes:
• Weekends
• UK Public Holidays
• Waiting for client feedback or approvals
• Delays caused by incomplete briefs or missing assets
Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time. Where this applies, Eon Graphics will advise the client before work begins.

4) Revisions
Each design task includes up to three rounds of reasonable revisions.
Additional revisions, changes to the original brief or new design directions may be treated as a new task or quoted separately.

5) Client Responsibilities
To maintain fast turnaround times, clients agree to:
• Provide all required copy, logos, photographs and branding assets before work begins.
• Supply clear instructions for every request.
• Respond to questions, approvals and revision requests promptly.

Keeping Your Projects Moving
Our workflow is designed so that once one task has been approved, we can immediately begin the next request in your queue.

Prompt approval helps us maintain the turnaround times included within your subscription. Delays in approvals or feedback may extend overall project timelines and reduce the number of tasks completed during your monthly subscription period.

6) Brand Consistency
All artwork will follow the client’s existing branding and approved guidelines.
Premium subscribers also receive ongoing brand management to help maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

7) Priority Scheduling
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions do not include:
• Logo or full brand identity projects
• Website design or development
• Software development
• Video editing or animation
• Professional photography
• Copywriting
• Printing or delivery costs
• Stock photography, fonts or third-party licence fees
• Illustration or complex artwork requiring extensive creative production
These services can be quoted separately.

8) Exclusions
A link/logo may be placed on work produced by Eon Graphics. For this to be omitted a fee will be charged. Logo/link placement is specified with proof documents.

9) Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved artwork transfers to the client.
Eon Graphics retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement has been agreed in writing.

10) Payment
• Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance.
• Work may be paused if payments become overdue.
• Outstanding invoices must be settled before new work commences.

11) Cancellation
Either party may cancel the subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated within the service agreement.
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

12) Fair Use Policy
The Design Subscription is intended to provide ongoing, professional design support throughout the month.
While generous, each subscription operates under a fair use policy to ensure all clients receive a consistently high level of service. Requests that are unusually large, exceptionally complex or require extensive strategic input may:
• Count as multiple design tasks.
• Require extended turnaround times.
• Be quoted as a standalone project outside the subscription.
Eon Graphics will always discuss this with the client before commencing work.
